Cameron Thompson, Psy.D.

Trained as an anthropologist and organizational psychologist, Dr. Thompson worked in the education sector for 10 years, during which time he served as Dean of Students and organizational development consultant. He has also served in a variety of roles in curriculum design and teaching at both the high school and university levels. 

Dr. Thompson has a Doctorate of Psychology in Human & Organizational Psychology, specializing in leadership and moral development. He earned his Master’s in Catholic Studies from the University of St. Thomas. In 2010 he began the development of the first comprehensive and systematic approach to Human Formation in seminaries, and speaks regularly on topics of character development and Virtuous Leadership®. Cameron Thompson is the author of the Handbook of Human Formation: A Resource for the Cultivation of Character, and co-author of the Daily Structured Journal: A 30 Day Journey to a Better You.

Ryan Hanning, PhD

Dr. Hanning has had the opportunity to travel throughout the US, Canada and Europe teaching and speaking at both church and academic conferences. He served in parish life for 10 years as a Youth Leader and Director of Religious Education, and then as a Diocesan Director of Family Catechesis for 5 years, before moving full time to the University of Mary which has become a home and place of great growth in the Catholic intellectual tradition.

Jeff Lockert

Mr. Lockert has been involved with Catholic Christian Outreach – a university student movement based in Canada – for the past 22 years, first as a student leader, then as the Saskatoon Regional Director (1999-2000), and currently as President and CEO (2001-). He has been involved in the leadership and organization of many national and international events and conferences for young people. He has spoken, written, and trained people throughout the world on many topics including faith formation, leadership, life balance, strategic planning, personal development, and character formation.

Alexandre Havard 

Founder of the Virtuous Leadership System, and Co-Founder of Virtuous Leadership Institute, North America. He teaches Virtuous Leadership internationally and has founded a network of Virtuous Leadership Institutes around the world.

Anthony T. Salvia 

A consultant and free-lance writer living in New York City, he served as an appointee of President Ronald Reagan to the U.S. Department of State, as Director of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty's Moscow Bureau (1993 to 1996) and as Director of Communications at IESE Business School in Spain.

Mary Hunt 

Assistant Professor of Business and Psychology at Ave Maria University in Florida.  Her PhD research in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the Illinois Institute of Technology focuses on leadership and the work-family interface for entrepreneurs.

 Samuel Blair

A Naval Officer since 2008 He is currently serving as an instructor in Leadership at the United States Naval Academy, and is a graduate of the Franciscan University in Steubenville and will be completing his MBA from Cornell University this Spring.
